The Raj Bhavan Garden is beautifully located on ''J'' road of National Highway No. 8-C at Gandhinagar near the entrance of the Ministers Bungalows. It consists of three small Hillock Gardens and one Island beautifully planted with lawns, small shrubs with a small fountain in the traffic Island with illuminations.

The Garden is divided in three parts. The main garden in front of the Podiatric is in the area of 2500 Sq. Mt. consisting of lawn, shrubs and flower- beds. One part of the garden is Horticulture Garden and in this there are many Fruit plants like Mango, (Margifera Indica) Chikiu (Aschars Zepota), a group of Cytrus Plants like Lemon, Santra, Mosambi, Jambu (Eugilana Jarmulika), Dadam (Pomogranat), Jamfal (Annona Guava), etc and trees like Spethodia, Peltoforum, Sandlewood, Rudrax, Terminatia Catipa, Garmala (Cassia Fistula). The other part of the garden is beautifully planted with precious Shrubs plants like Pichadia Palm, Exora Hybrid, Lentean Canna, plubago Conpansis, Tecoma Gadichadi, Thevetia, Allamanda, Rohio etc. The main road is beautified by Shrubs planting. On one side there are many fountains and in the entry of the garden there are four big fountains with colourful lights. The edges are surrounded by dropping variety of shrubs like Vedelia, Office time, Flower (Portulica). At the entry of the VVIP Gate No. 1, two sides are beautified by planting Stenotephrum, Green and vergatrus grass, creepers and attractive shrubs.

Nea the VVIP Guest House, there is open space of 5000 Sq. Mt. which is having pleasing shrubs, Rose Garden with different varities of Roses. The VVIP functions are held in the area of 4000 Sq. Mt. neat and clean beautiful lawn developed by drooping shrubs of red and white lentena and Hibiscus, Euphorbia Casana, Euberbia Cytinifolia etc. and seasonal flower bed which looks very good with the lush of flowering.

The garden near the amphytheatre, Banquet Hall, Administrative Office Building is having the total area of 7500 Sq. Mt. out of which 5000 Sq. Mt. is having beautiful lawn area and the remaining is planted by good varities of shrubs like Exora, Thuja coupecta, Tubemonthena, Verigata, Euphoiba, Caskana Pllubago, Vericolom, Dressina, Spidulily. On the other side of the walk way to the entry to Banquet Hall, there are plant containers made of Jodhpur Stone containing Coconut, Orange and Spinderlily as well as in the small piece of lawn near the Hall Exora, Dwarf-Karan, Pink-Karan, Hibiscus etc. are planted. Because of all this the Raj Bhavan Garden appears very attractive.
